Azadeh Azizi
Born in Tehran, holds a Ph.D. in Architectural Engineering from Islamic Azad University and currently serves as a university lecturer at the Faculty of Architecture.
She began her professional career in 2014, and over the years has undertaken diverse projects with a strong focus on deep understanding of concepts, details, and the psychological dimensions of Iranian architecture and contemporary urban design.
Dr. Azizi specializes in architecture and interior design, and has worked on projects of various scales, including cafés, restaurants, beauty salons, spas, clinics and medical offices, private residences and villas, retail stores, and fashion boutiques.
With an innovative approach, she seeks to preserve and revitalize old buildings — even those not necessarily classified as historical or registered — by introducing modern and functional uses, creating a renewed identity while respecting the heritage and background of the structures.

Architectural Perspective
The vision of future architecture is shaped by a focus on technological innovations and the principles of sustainable development. Future architecture represents a synthesis of intelligent design, efficient use of natural resources, and advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, augmented reality, and innovative materials, leading to the creation of dynamic, adaptable spaces aligned with human and environmental needs. This trend goes beyond mere construction, redefining the relationship between human, environment, and culture, and granting architects a pivotal role in shaping sustainable, healthy, and intelligent communities.
Sustainable Development Message
As a researcher and architect, I regard sustainable development as a comprehensive framework for integrating the three key components of environment, economy, and society within the design and construction process. My commitment in both research and practice is grounded in optimizing resource consumption, minimizing environmental impacts, and enhancing quality of life. By employing innovative methods and advanced technologies, I strive to design spaces that not only meet the needs of the present generation but also safeguard the rights of future generations.
